Outdoor Learning

We use The Woodland area of the school grounds to discover and explore nature. Pupils have the opportunity to make tools to build, create and practise skills learnt in their design technology lessons.This fuels our pupils creative independence, in designing homes for wildlife and  the care and development of our area.

We encourage resilience, independent and working together, whilst fostering the pupils natural curiosity of being outside. Skills developed all support life skills and transferable skills to use at home and later on in the workplace.
